Thank you for choosing WIN for your communication services needs. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible. In addition to friendly and efficient telephone service, our online system allows you to get support 24/7, at your convenience!
Our site makes requesting services quick and easy. Simply say when and where. Plus, you can sign in to quickly check on the status of pending requests, pay invoices, and maintain your customer preferences.
If you have used us before, you can sign into your account using the Sign-In box at left. Then the request form will pre-fill with the preferences stored in your profile, making your request quick and accurate. If you know your organization has a contract or service agreement with WIN in place already, but you have not used us before yourself, please call us at 888-417-5231.
If you are new to WIN, you are eager to get started. You will first want to set up your customer profile. This is quick and allows us to expedite service to you. The profile includes your contact information, service preferences, and billing information. Once your profile is established, all your settings pre-fill in the service request form and you just enter the dates and times of services needed. It couldn't be any easier!
Although we have no particular advance notice requirement, the sooner your request is in, the sooner we can assign an interpreter or writer. If your request is for today or tomorrow, we suggest calling us at the number below after establishing your profile and entering your request.
